How do baking biscuits ever be quick? You usually must get a scale, carefully measure out all the components, caress the dough to ages, cut out small cookies into heart, moon and star shapes and then wait another century'til they are baked.

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me if you consume them), however I must mention one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, after I'd had the initial I finished the remainder within one hour.

They're fantastic for hiking excursions or other occasions where you will need a quick pleasant bite on the go. Nowadays I keep them as a quick bite in my back pack.

It also has to be noted that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the normal cookie suspects. Simply oats and bananas.

First I wished to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- because I think these are the only truly healthy cookies that have been produced by humankind .
